What you will do:

Become the backbone of our People Operations team, responsible for people ops excellence, compliance, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll wear multiple hats, from processing payroll and managing benefits to ensuring legal compliance and streamlining processes, while assisting with some exciting strategic projects.

Where you will have impact:

  • Payroll: Work alongside the People Ops Manager to ensure smooth payroll operations, while fielding employee questions like a champ.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: You’ll partner with the People & Talent Team to streamline the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Benefits & Fleet: Full ownership of Belgium employee benefit programs, guiding employees and leadership through enrolments and terminations, and keeping them informed through engaging sessions.
  • Compensation: Work alongside the People Ops Managers to  assist with the planning and executing the annual Total Rewards review, ensuring fair and competitive compensation.
  • Compliance: Stay ahead of the curve on employment laws and regulations, keeping our practices compliant and communicating updates effectively.
  • Processes: Work together with the People Ops Manager to identify and implement opportunities to streamline efficiencies, automate tasks, and continuously improve our HR practices.
  • Policy Architect: Work alongside the People Ops Manager -Belgium to proactively design and draft employee lifecycle policies and procedures that enhance and optimise the employee experience and communicate this to team members and functional leaders .
  • Communication: First point of contact for team members and leaders in Belgium, align with other regions to ensure we leverage knowledge.

Who you are:

  • Possess a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in SaaS industry with 50 to 100 mil revenue.
  • Passionate about process improvement, diversity & inclusion, social law, and local health & safety regulations.
  • A master communicator with a knack for data analysis and a proactive spirit.
  • Organizational ninja, juggling deadlines and priorities with a cool head and a smile.
