The Revenue Enablement Technology Manager will own all revenue enablement technologies used for our customer-facing roles and marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, MindTickle, Seismic, Contact Monkey, and Linkedin Navigator. Familiarity with Camtasia, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot are a plus.

As the owner of the enablement tech stack, you will be responsible for helping to determine strategy and drive implementation and execution of our enablement platforms, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and meets the needs of our users. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements, provide training and support, and optimize the platform performance, adoption, and user experience. You will also collaborate with the IT, the Salesforce team, and security teams to ensure platform compliance and integration with other systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Seismic and MindTickle platform configuration, administration, and maintenance, including user access, content libraries, workflows, analytics, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for our technologies, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across the organization.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any technology issues, providing technical support and escalation as needed.
  • Analize and evaluate usage and performance across our technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide training and guidance to the Seismic platform users, creating and updating documentation, tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Stay updated on features and functionality, testing, and deploying new releases and enhancements per technology.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their content needs and objectives, and help them create, distribute, and track personalized content using the Seismic platform.
  • Creation and management of tailored learning series within our LMS for all customer-facing roles and ensure proper governance.
  • Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure the Seismic platform integration and alignment with other systems and platforms.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience, knowledge, and skills of various enablement platforms such as Seismic, Mindtickle, and Contact Monkey, LinkedIn Navigator, including configuration, administration, content management, workflows, analytics, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Camtasia, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot are a plus.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferable.
  • Experience in providing training and support to users, creating, and updating documentation, tutorials, and FAQs as well as educating users on new features and capabilities.
  • Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting enablement platform issues, providing technical support and escalation as needed.
  • Experience in analysing and evaluating tech platform usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Experience in collaborating with the revenue and marketing teams to understand their content and training needs and objectives.
  • Experience in collaborating with the IT, Salesforce, and security teams to ensure the enablement tech stack meets all current accessibility requirements and aligns with other systems and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
