We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Growth Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B high-tech marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and contribute to revenue growth, globally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and fill the sales pipeline.
  • Paid Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Top-of-Funnel Initiatives: Lead top-of-funnel marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
  • ABM: Own target market strategy, help evaluate, and implement ABM platform (6Sense)
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B high-tech marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and top-of-funnel activities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM (6sense, Demandbase)
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Global experience: Experience marketing in EMEA 
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
