RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leading, inspiring and grooming the engineering team at platform, architecture
and tooling levels
2. Setting the engineering strategy together with our CTO, Head of Data Science and
Product Team
3. Owning the platform roadmap with the vision to make it as scalable and as
microservices-based as possible
4. Ensuring consistent adoption of software development best practices across all
engineering teams
5. Ownership of Core systems, DevOps, Infrastructure and Security
6. Identify and take action on bottlenecks and areas of improvement within the
engineering subdivisions
7. Overseeing hiring within the Engineering in line with our company culture
REQUIREMENTS
1. 10+ years experience of working and leading in Engineering, preferably at a SaaS
company or a big data AI company

2. High-growth mindset with relevant academic and career profile
3. Expertise in modern technologies such as AWS, JS Frontend Libraries and Web
Frameworks, Python, Databases, Systems Networking, CI/CD tools, Microservices
architecture, Infrastructure & Application monitoring and Containerization, etc.
4. Deep understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle as well
as agile principles
5. Experience building a team and training others on commercial and technical
product skills
6. Excellent communication skills
IDEAL
1. Experience of working at Product-based startups or being a Startup Tech Founder
2. Deep Understanding of AI and Machine Learning
