RESPONSIBILITIES
- Platform & Alert monitoring
- Application & Infra alerts configuration
- Prompt escalation within agreed SLA
- Production Incident Tracking
- Work in an agile environment with the Engineering Team to deploy AI models
- Monitor AWS performance and ensure availability, scalability and reliability
- Basic knowledge on AWS services like RDS, ElasticSearch.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ready to work in shift (US and Europe hours)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Basic understanding of AWS and its technologies like EBS, ELB, S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, VPC, Security Groups, IAM
- Basic knowledge with the AWS managed services- PostgreSQL, Elastic search
- Basic knowledge of Python
- AWS or Python certification is a plus
EXPERIENCE
- 0-2 Years of relevant experience with B.TECH / B.E. / B.C.A/ M.C.A
- Experience of support engineering in big data/cloud platforms
IDEAL
- Basic technical understanding of AWS PaaS and IaaS services
- Basic knowledge of Database Administration for Backup, Replication
- Basic Knowledge of Linux OS Administration
