  • Data Defining
    • Responsible for researching and creating robust social queries, with datasets experts, to define category & sector conversation (i.e. Twitter, blogs, forums,  Instagram).
    • Help curate and filter relevant data for SaaS platform based on client requirements for new and existing clients
  • Quality Assurance: 
    • Perform critical analysis of data set on the SaaS platform 
  • Data Entry and Updates: 
    • Execute data entry and platform set-up for new client projects and data refreshes for existing clients
  • Project Management: 
    • Coordinate with Customer facing team and Dataset experts to identify and execute data filters 


  • Bachelor’s in Consumer Insights, Marketing or related fields preferred 
  • Prior experience of 1+ years in Insights and related fields
  • Experience in Catalog Management, Content Curation and Monitoring
  • Experience with FMCG, Food & Beverage is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus


  • An organized problem solver, able to prioritize efficiently and comfortable processing large amounts of information.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to express thinking coherently.
  • Professional attitude and commercially aware. Able to use their own initiative and apply critical thinking to challenges.
