We're seeking a visionary Head of Procurement to lead our global sourcing strategy, shaping a resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient procurement processes tailored to our dynamic business needs.

As a seasoned leader, your expertise will be instrumental in driving our procurement excellence to new heights.

In this role, you'll oversee the development and enhancement of our sourcing processes, contract management, and supplier relationships, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. Reporting directly to the SVP of Supply Chain & Logistics as part of our executive team, you'll guide a team of strategic procurement and supplier relationship managers towards achieving our ambitious goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring our procurement teams, you guide them through strategic initiatives, foster supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with our warehouses and production lines processes.
  • Your negotiation skills are unmatched, securing optimal terms for high qualitative raw materials, machinery and supplier services, guaranteeing seamless operations across the board.
  • With a keen eye for data analytics, you continuously evaluate cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, always on the lookout for ways to enhance processes.
  • You're shaping our supplier network, delving deep into our business landscape to innovate and optimize operations, charting the course for our success.
  • Leveraging your exceptional communication and analytical skills, you forge strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring organizational cohesion and driving us towards our goals.
