Du bist eine der wichtigsten Säulen im Finance Department, um aus air up eine globale Erfolgsgeschichte zu machen.
Dabei bietest Du tagesaktuelle Einblicke in alle relevanten Zahlen, um informierte Entscheidungen treffen zu können.
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team kümmerst du dich um die gesamte Buchhaltung der 3 Gesellschaften mit dem Hauptfokus auf das Hauptbuch inkl. Nebenbüchern und Jahresabschluss nach HGB
- Du unterstützt die Optimierung der verschiedensten Accounting-Prozesse und bringst proaktiv deine eigenen Ideen ein, wie zum Beispiel die Umsetzung des Umsatzkostenverfahrens in der laufenden Buchhaltung
- Du leitest Projekte als Bindeglied zu den anderen Abteilungen, wenn es um neue Markteintritte oder IT Entwicklungen für neue Systeme geht
- Du unterstützt Finanzierungsmaßnahmen (EK und FK) und bist dafür zuständig, dass im Accounting eine einheitliche Datenbasis vorliegt
Du hast
- ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, bestenfalls mit Schwerpunkt in Rechnungswesen und hast bereits mind. 5 Jahren entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- eine entsprechende Weiterbildung (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter)
- bereits Erfahrungen bei der Mitwirkung neue Accounting Prozesse in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen zu implementieren
- sehr gute HGB Kenntnisse und erste IFRS Erfahrungen
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel)
- bereits Erfahrungen mit ERP Systemen und Buchhaltungssoftware (vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central)
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
