Join the Corporate Engineering team at air up, where we're committed to crafting and managing the company's corporate infrastructure, IT operations, and integrating SaaS/enterprise applications. Role Overview:

As a Working Student in Corporate Engineering, you'll collaborate with seasoned professionals to aid in the evolution of our corporate IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory process for onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining accurate records of hardware, software, and other IT assets.
  • First-Level User Support: Act as the initial point of contact for air uppies, providing timely and effective first-level support for IT-related issues and inquiries.
  • Meeting Room Operations: Ensure the functionality of meeting rooms by maintaining AV equipment and teleconferencing systems.
  • Assistance to IT Team: Support the IT team with various tasks, including software installations, hardware provisioning, and user account management.
  • Positive Attitude in IT Support: Approach each IT issue with positivity and a can-do attitude, striving to resolve problems promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment, ensuring efficient resolution of tasks within deadlines.



Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or higher in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with first-level user support, Google Workspace, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
  • Ability to work with both macOS and Windows platforms.
  • Passion for infrastructure as code and engineering productivity.
  • Mindful, transparent, and communicative team player.
