Your Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for our new clients during their onboarding
- Guide new customers through the entire onboarding process, from the initial introduction to the successful implementation and go-live of our software
- Have in-depth discussions with new customers to understand their specific requirements and ensure the software is tailored and implemented to their specific needs
- Organize and lead online and on-site training sessions as well as initial support meetings to help new customers become familiar with our software
- Work closely with sales, product management and customer support to ensure that all initial inquiries of new clients are addressed quickly and efficiently
- Help to continuously improve our onboarding process by gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into the development of our processes and software
Your Profile
- Native or very good Chinese and German language skills along with proficiency in English
- Preferably, initial experience in sales, after-sales, customer success or client onboarding, ideally in SaaS software solutions
- Strong ability to explain digital products in a way that is easy to understand
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive way of working and strong customer orientation
- Affinity for innovative technologies
- Willingness and ability to travel to customers throughout Germany
- Valid driving license (Category B)
