Your Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
Help screening applications and managing candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates for different departments
Support active sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential talents for various roles using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Help to find and hire talented new team members by supporting employer branding efforts and creative recruitment activities

Your Profile:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or a related field
Available to work as a full-time intern for a period of at least 5 months and ideally 6 months
Prior relevant work experience with focus on HR, Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding in a dynamic environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills
Comfortable taking ownership, driving results and interacting with internal stakeholders as well as candidates
Teamplayer with hands-on attitude and ability to work independently
Native or excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language along with business proficiency in English; any additional languages are a plus
