Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Help screening applications and managing candidates throughout the hiring process ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates for different departments
  • Support active sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential talents for various roles using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Help to find and hire talented new team members by supporting employer branding efforts and creative recruitment activities

 

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Available to work as a full-time intern for a period of at least 5 months and ideally 6 months
  • Prior relevant work experience with focus on HR, Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable taking ownership, driving results and interacting with internal stakeholders as well as candidates
  • Teamplayer with hands-on attitude and ability to work independently
  • Native or excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language along with business proficiency in English; any additional languages are a plus
