Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our founding team, in particular with our CCO Benedikt, to drive sales initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies and help kick-start our next phase of growth
- Play a key role in setting up a scalable sales and go-to-market organization for our future growth
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities as well as growth potential and to give allO a significant head start
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales and growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, business growth and revenue growth
- Help analyze commercial and sales data and provide insights to optimize our sales and go-to-market efforts
- Participate in strategic meetings and provide valuable input on topics concerning sales, sales ops, go-to-market and business development
- Support with various operational and organizational tasks such as the creation of compelling sales materials and presentations and the documentation of business processes and activities
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship or a related field
- Available to work as a full-time intern for a period of at least 5 months and ideally 6 months
- Prior relevant work experience in a dynamic and high-performance environment
- Strong interest in strategic and number-driven work as well as motivation for challenges and tasks in the areas of sales, sales operations, go-to-market and business growth
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills
- Comfortable taking ownership, driving results and interacting with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical skills and creative out-of-the-box thinking
- Teamplayer with hands-on attitude, proactive way of working and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English language; any additional languages are a plus
