Allset is looking for a Business Development Representative that will manage full-cycle sales in order to bring the best local restaurants and coffee shops to Allset’s platform by identifying the most popular restaurants in your territory, setting up meetings with the decision-makers, providing them an overview of the Allset value proposition, and partnering up with them.

What You’ll Do
• Identify, contact, and qualify important merchants and their decision-makers in your market;
• Meet with decision-makers and build relationships with them;
• Make a high volume of calls, visits, and emails to prospects daily;
• Track communication & activity in CRM;
• Collect feedback from our potential restaurant partners to identify how these insights may impact the business development strategy.
What You’ll Need
• 1-3 years of sales experience is must;
• Successful background in B2B sales;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections and eliminate barriers to gain commitment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit assigned quota;
• Ability to think strategically and analyze prospect’s needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve;
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude.
Nice to Haves
• Sales/Account experience in the hospitality field;
• Sales experience in a technology-oriented field;
• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM system;
• High-growth or early-stage startup experience.
