Your role in the team:

Our “fantastic four” People Team has the mission to empower Amplemarket employees and help the other teams grow successfully. As our company is growing, our People Team needs to do the same and that is why we are looking for the right person to help us scale our teams. As a People Success Associate, you will be focusing on recruiting and creating a great pooll of candidates! If you want an opportunity to start your career in Human Resources, this is the job you should apply to! 😉 We will guide you through the main and most important recruitment best practices, explain to you how our recruitment process works from end to end and help you grow to other roles and responsibilities in HR at Amplemarket.

You will:

  • Spend a big part of your day puting in place several sourcing initiatives in different roles (such as sales, marketing, or engineering) - this means you will be searching for new candidates that match our recruitment requirements and convince them to meet us during an interview
  • Engage with passive/past candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, email, video, and/or phone)
  • Screen candidates from our talent pool and decide who deserves a chance to talk to us
  • Work with our People team and other hiring managers to help optimize sourcing efforts by leveraging data
  • Utilize Amplemarket and Greenhouse to store, manage and engage talent pools of apropriate candidates
  • Support other initiatives related to compensation and benefits and people admin processes

About you:

  • You have a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or similar
  • You are super oriented to detail (and found the 3 typos in this job description)
  • You like structured processes and prefer rules to guide your conduct
  • You like analyzing results and data
  • You have high levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity
  • You are a team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
  • You are based in Portugal
  • You are fluent in English
