Your role in the team:

Our “fantastic four” People Team has the mission to create the perfect environment for all Amplemarket employees to perform and grow successfully.

As a People Success Partner, you will play a very important cross-department role, helping our Leadership Team with organization and talent needs. You are expected to work at all levels of the HR “stack” — strategic, operational, and tactical, and introduce more structure and process in areas like People Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Company Culture. At the same time, you should be one of the main points of conduct to our employees and be their trustworthy People Partner.

You will focus on:

  • People Management and Development:

    • Conduct regular employee check-ins (throughout the all employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding)
    • Support Managers on career growth and benefits reviews for their teams
    • Support the activation and drive some of our new People Development Processes (career ladders, performance evaluation, employee leveling) alongside our Leadership Team
    • Identify, anticipate and understand Talent needs (hiring, team restructures, skills developments,…)
    • Support Managers as they focus on their team’s career growth paths
    • Partner with our Leadership Team to develop and implement effective people policies that will support the strategic growth of our business
    • Create, analyze and interpret various employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision-making and proactively provide data-driven insights/solutions
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Support the definition of our global compensation structure
    • Support the creation of new benefits policies for our remote and worldwide distributed workforce
  • Company Culture:

    • Be our Company Culture champ and guardian, conducting engagement and well-being initiatives.
    • Support the organization of company-wide in-person offsites
    • Drive internal communication making sure there is transparency and alignment

About you:

  • Master in HR Management, Psychology or similar
  • +2 years of experience in People Management and Development
  • Previous experience with global/remote teams
  • Previous experience in tech companies and startups
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities under pressured timelines
  • Huge ability to read, empathize and relate to other people (you are a true people-person and this is a must-have)
  • Orientation to details, processes, and results
  • High levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity
  • Team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
  • Based in Portugal
  • Fluent in English
