Amplemarket is looking for an exceptional operator who is team-oriented and self-motivated, to join our team as a Revenue Enablement Program Manager. This role sits on the broader Revenue Operations team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving revenue growth through effective enablement initiatives. You Will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage enablement programs that improve our revenue team’s productivity, efficiency, and performance
  • Analyze sales, customer success and marketing metrics to optimize revenue success and make data-driven decisions
  • Design and deliver effective sales training programs tailored to meet the needs of various teams and individuals
  • Manage content development and distribution through various channels to support revenue enablement efforts

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience creating and managing enablement programs for revenue functions
  • Strong leadership skills to work collaboratively across multiple functions within the organization
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce), sales methodologies, and content management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience and proven success in a SaaS customer facing role
