Your role in the team:
Our People Team has the mission to empower Amplemarket employees and help teams grow successfully.
As a People Success Intern, you will be focusing on recruiting and creating a great pooll of candidates!
If you’re looking for an internship opportunity to learn more about the world of Human Resources and Recruiting, and you can dedicate 20 hours per week to help grow a fantastic company, this is the role for you! 😉
You will:
- Use your creativity to find great candidates that fit the open roles: search for candidates that match our requirements and convince them to meet us for an interview
- To do that, you’ll use our own sales tool, as if you’re looking for pottential clients for a product. This will also give you a taste of the business development process
- Engage with passive/past candidates to reactivate them
- Work with our People team and other hiring managers to help optimize sourcing efforts / our processes by leveraging data - helping us improve
- Use Amplemarket and Greenhouse to store, manage and engage talent pools of apropriate candidates
About you:
- You are currently pursuing or have a completed degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or similar
- You are available for a 20 hours/week internship (curricular or extracurricular)
- You are super oriented to detail (and found the 3 typos in this job description)
- You like structured processes and prefer rules to guide your conduct
- You like analyzing results and data
- You have high levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity
- You are a team player who loves to bring new ideas to the table
- You are based in Portugal
- You are fluent in English
Please note that we expect you to join us 20 hours/week for at least 2 months.
