What can you expect?

We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a strong People Operations Partner Northern Europe to join the People Operations team, and help us build and shape our People experience for our People based in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, and take responsibility in the following areas:

Main Missions

  • You are the People Operations Expert for the teams you support, overseeing the overall People Operations activity, HR Admin, Payroll, system management and People Experience.
  • You contribute to the development of the local People Operations expertise for your markets in collaboration with internal experts and external providers, proactively putting in place or optimizing processes and tools.
  • You are the point of contact for all employees for all matters related to your department and the day to day life of the teams.
  • You partner with the leaders for your scope, and your colleagues from the People department to support the growth of our business.
  • You ensure the local legal compliance of all our people practices in coordination with our external advisors.
  • If you have knowledge of the local labor law as well, this is considered a plus
