What is the point of this role?
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join the leading Microsoft Partner in the UK as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
Key responsibilities include understanding client needs and business drivers in order to design solutions that best meet the client’s requirements, as well as being able to configure and deliver solution demos for prospective and existing Business Applications customers. Content creation, webinars and presentations will also be a key part of the role.
Candidates should have a proven track record in D365 Customer Engagement Apps and knowledge of integrating D365 with other solutions using Azure Integration Services and tools such as KingswaySoft. Candidates should have strong customer-facing skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to demonstrate the value of solutions. A background in training, technical or functional consulting, or D365 presales is beneficial.
What will I be doing?
- Identifying, understanding and defining client functional and technical requirements, business objectives and business drivers and designing a solution that can best meet the clients’ requirements
- Developing sales presentation scenarios
- Developing and delivering compelling value-based demonstrations of end-to-end solutions for prospective customers. It is important that you are able to demonstrate the value of the solution and not just the functionality.
- Maintaining demo environments across the D365, Power Platform and Microsoft365 range of applications
- Delivering proof of concept engagements
- Creating videos to support marketing and customer engagement objectives
- Being a product evangelist and helping to share news about the exciting and innovative AI capabilities being released to the platform
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Building strong working relationships with the ANS sales and delivery teams
- Supporting the sales cycle and sales and marketing teams as well as contributing to pipeline and revenue increases
- Staying up to date with new trends and capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics and our industry.
- Engage in co-selling activities with Microsoft and ANS Partners.
What will I bring to the role?
- In-depth Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: Expertise in configuring and demonstrating these technologies.
- Knowledge of integrations and data migrations around D365 solutions (tools such as Azure Integration Services, KingswaySoft etc…)
- Proven Pre-Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a presales role, particularly.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to produce engaging and informative content for sales and marketing purposes.
- Consultative Approach: Strong consultative skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and convey the value of solutions.
- Commercial Acumen: understanding of the CRM market, opportunities for growth and how to drive value for clients whilst driving revenue and profitability for ANS.
