What You’ll Do

We’re on an exciting international growth journey and you’ll play a critical part in supporting and enabling our business growth by bringing your strong commercial and strategic experience to our Client Services Team.

Some of the key tasks that you’ll do in this role include:

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand the challenges facing clients and the wider market they sit in, and partner with them to support the delivery of suitable cutting edge mobile solutions, at all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Carefully and sensitively nurture and develop client relationships at a mid and senior stakeholder level
  • Identify opportunities for growth and proactively strategise and self sufficiently execute initiatives for a number of key accounts using a range of market research, budget forecasting and account planning techniques
  • Commercial responsibility for the delivery of assigned account targets
  • Create and present pitches to C-Suite stakeholders that enable them to achieve their business goals
  • Serve as a reliable escalation point both to the client and internal teams
  • Arrange, lead and moderate client/agency touch points including agendas, meetings, workshops and the subsequent outcomes
  • Deliver feedback and constantly manage client expectations
  • Work on behalf of the client driving the agency forward to deliver more
  • Mentor and direct the work of more junior client services team members, to ensure we as a business are supporting the development of both client services and our junior colleagues. 

What We’re Looking For

At the top of our wishlist is that you’ll have similar experience working in an agency environment across a range of verticals, owning and growing £1M+ accounts.  We’re also looking for the following skills:

  • You’ll be motivated and driven to deliver for us and your clients 
  • You’ll have experience drafting and delivering client contracts
  • You’ll have a solid understanding of digital sales and marketing channels and techniques 
  • You’ll be an assertive, confident and clear communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of software development practices, trends techniques and processes
  • You’ll be curious and able to think strategically about a challenge or problem
  • You’ll have strong problems solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and implement flexible and effective solutions
  • You’ll have a strong sense of commercial awareness 
  • You’re capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re a strong team player and ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company
  • You’ll have a keen interest in technology
