Your mission as a Senior Client Relations Manager - Spain (m/f/d)

Join Appinio's dynamic team as a Senior Client Relations Manager - Spain and play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and consolidating the Appinio brand in the Spanish market. We are seeking a highly skilled and sales-driven individual with exceptional soft skills to excel in this crucial position.

As a Client Relations Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Managing Director - Spain, becoming a reliable sparring partner for new clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising and coaching clients on the significance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity. Your ability to inspire marketing and insight decision-makers in Spain will be essential in promoting Appinio's unique Saas solutions and persuading C-Level Executives to collaborate with us.

We strongly prefer candidates based in Spain; however, we welcome applications from exceptional individuals located anywhere in the world, as the opportunity to drive our business remotely is available.

What you’ll be doing

  • Represent Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers of multinational companies
  • Acquire new customers and provide expert advice and coaching on Appinio's agile Saas solutions
  • Scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs that meet client and service requirements, serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Maximise revenue opportunities from existing and new client bases, aligning with the client's research roadmap
  • Build and maintain a robust professional network
  • Act as a public speaker, presenting at events and trade fairs
  • Contribute to the further development of our business, including expanding our presence in the Spanish market and supporting Latam market development as needed

You will thrive in this role if

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience and an extensive network in the market research industry, coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset, which are mandatory requirements for this role
  • You have an above-average degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • You have 5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, with proficiency in sales methods, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the Spanish market
  • You have are fluent in Spanish and have excellent communication skills in English
  • You have proficiency in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
  • You are based in Spain, preferably in Madrid or Barcelona
