Your mission as a Client Relations Manager - UK (m/f/d)
Appinio is searching for a driven and passionate Client Relations Manager - UK with a background in market research and/or the advertising sector who will play a critical role in our expansion in the UK.
In this position, you will be working closely with our European Agency Team and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients on market research, innovation, and customer-centricity. As someone with experience in the field, you will have unique insights to share with our clients on how to best utilise our consulting services and our agile SaaS solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Representing Appinio to marketing decision-makers of multinational companies
Acquiring new customers within the advertising sector, advising and coaching them on potential applications of Appinio's solutions
Follow-up on the sales pipeline and management of leads from the first meeting to closing while ensuring close collaboration with the BDR team
Delivering quality outputs against all client requirements, as well as acting as a liaison between the client and the internal departments
Maximising the revenue opportunities of existing and new client bases in line with the clients research roadmap
Building a strong network within the advertising/agency sector in the UK
Taking on public speaking opportunities at events and trade fair appearances
Actively contributing to the development of the sales strategy of the European Agency Team to identify new growth drivers
You will thrive in this role if
Above-average degree in business administration, economics, or similar fields
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in B2B sales in the SaaS area or in the advertising industry and knowledge of sales methods, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the UK market
Proven experience and contacts in the advertising industry as well as a strong customer-centric mindset
Proficient in English written and spoken
Experience in working with CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot
Empathy and a good sense for the needs of the person opposite you
