YOUR MISSION
You love providing customers the best possible buying experience and enjoy working in a data-driven way? Join us as a Head of Retention (m/f/d) and lead our team to fascinate as many people as possible of arive! We are the future of e commerce - it's time to be growing!

  • You are responsible for building and optimizing the arive app’s customer retention strategy
  • You are responsible for the leadership and further development of your team of Customer Retention Managers
  • You analyze, optimize and control the effectiveness of campaigns with the goal of increasing customer value and the number of customers
  • You initiate, execute and monitor initiatives and experiments focused on customer retention and improving the customer experience, working in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders from Ops, Tech, Marketing and Product
  • You improve and lengthen our nurture journey, enabling interested users to get relevant information - no matter where they are in their buying decision
  • You individualize communication across various channels and predict the likelihood of conversion for customers
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration, or a related field, ideally in a top-tier university
  • +5 years of professional and leadership experience in customer engagement marketing and CRM ideally in e-commerce environments
  • Proven track record of leading and growing a strong customer-centric team
  • Experience in in building and implementing processes from scratch
  • A business background with a strong understanding of customer experience frameworks and a strong interest in customer segmentation, funnel and cohort analysis 
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to transform raw data into insights for the business
  • Can-do-attitude and strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges
  • You are fluent in English and ideally German, both written and spoken
