arive was built by a motivated team, backed by great VCs and Angels to be the one who changes E-commerce for good!

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Recruiter to strategically build and further scale the entire tech division. We went live with our app in June, already have 40 employees and plan to have cracked 150 by the end of the year. Our Series A is just around the corner and our expansion is in full swing. In this context, you will take on a key strategic position, have the opportunity to let off steam in our talent acquisition playground and make an essential contribution to our growth:

  • As one of the first to join our HR team, you will have the opportunity to help shape and build our Talent Acquisition department from the very beginning.
  • You will be responsible for the entire hiring process - from needs analysis to contract negotiation.
  • You represent Arive in the first contact with all applicants and thus take on an essential and responsible role for the employer branding of Arive.
  • You always keep an eye on the personnel planning of all departments and work very closely with your HR team
  • You will implement the first personnel marketing and employer branding activities and set up a holistic and international talent acquisition/recruiting strategy with your team!
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a university degree in business administration, business psychology or comparable training as well as relevant professional experience in recruiting and personnel marketing, best case in hiring tech positions
  • You are very familiar with common recruiting channels, tools and trends
  • You convince with your extremely structured way of working, your excellent time management and your analytical skills
  • You do not find it difficult to objectively assess people and their profiles
  • You stand out not only as a team player, but above all through your communicative and positive manner.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
