3+ years professional experience as Product Owner.
Good understanding of the Agile/Scrum principles and how to apply them on a daily basis.
Strong communicator with excellent English fluency (verbal and written).
Ability to create structure in a fast-paced environment.
Being team-player driven to motivate the whole squad together in order to complete the sprint.
Nice-to-have background: educational or professional background in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Define the roadmap: Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the needs and align the product roadmap to strategic company goals.
Own the product backlog: Develop scope, define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the development team and maintain backlog.
Create structured user stories and documentation: Write user stories easy to understand to the engineering team, always remembering to document decisions taken.
Set the priorities: Assess value of stories, set priorities according to business value and cost and accept the work generated by the development team.
