As Lead Rider Equipment you will support the Head of Rider Operations with the main responsibility to equip teams with functional and highly visible rider equipment. You will closely work with demand planners, negotiate contracts with external vendors and run quality checks of the equipment. Your role is a key to help scaling our riders department to enable arive to exponentially grow.

Your profile

  • Experienced manager with a background in riders operations, knowledge of the riders equipment market is a must
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in taking data-based decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in the logistics, warehousing and transportation industry is a plus
  • Excellent in English and German language

Your mission

  • Monitor equipment stock, analyse demand and plan long term fulfilment strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing rider equipment market and negotiate competitive partnership agreements
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on rider clothes and equipment branding
  • Drive equipment maintenance checks, security storage and general quality checks
  • Define, implement and monitor supplier KPIs performance and conduct monthly reviews
