We are looking for a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to be part of the team in our Micro Fulfilment Center in Düsseldorf, ensuring that all inventory & processes are stored and run correctly. As a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the person who makes sure that our products are stored correctly and that the delivery is becoming more and more efficient.
  • You are the first point of contact for all performance and operational issues related to your warehouse
  • You are responsible for the physical management of inventory in the warehouse
  • You coordinate closely across teams on product availability, quality and inventory accuracy
  • You receive products from our brands and ensure that quality and physical counts are in line with purchasing
  • You manage the storage of products at the respective warehouse locations while ensuring inventory accuracy
  • You constantly control the ERP system in order to improve processes in the warehouse
  • You are responsible for waste management in the warehouse


  • Previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment (fulfilment, warehouse logistics, operational excellence) is a big plus
  • Lateral entry with retail experience is possible
  • Familiar with warehouse logistics and process improvement
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Very detail oriented
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment at a fast-growing startup in Europe, and the willingness to shape change yourself
  • Good communication skills in English and ideally German
