As the Partnerships Team Lead at Audiomob, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the gaming and app ecosystem. You will lead a team responsible for cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with game developers, app publishers, and other key stakeholders to drive the adoption of Audiomob's advertising solutions. Your primary focus will be on increasing revenue opportunities and market penetration by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build relationships with Monetisation Managers, Founders, Game Designers and Product Managers
  • Lead and manage a team of partnerships managers to achieve company goals and team KPI/objectives
  • Create strategies to increase the adoption of Audiomob within the mobile gaming and app ecosystems
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that align with company objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (advertiser sales, marketing and engineering) to drive successful partnership integrations
  • Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders and Senior Leadership
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Represent Audiomob at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster relationships with potential partners

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in games or app monetisation or business development roles
  • Proven track record building and managing partnerships in ad monetisation
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with external partners
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for technology, gaming, and digital advertising
