Our favorite part is that you will have a part in our success. Your role will be to create a sales strategy and manage the US team as we implement it. You get the opportunity to build and lead relationships with the leading agencies and brands across the US.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention in the US
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize US sales opportunities and penetrate new markets
  • Direct and grow the US Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Provide input on sales incentive structures and key performance indicators to help monitor targets
  • Review US sales performance by analyzing performance reports and investigate factors that could impact sales
  • Lead and motivate US sales team members to develop a high performing sales team
  • Oversee the recruitment of new sales team member while also creating training programs to train new and existing employee in the US sales department  
  • Sell in pioneering in-game audio offering to grow advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and clients directly (including Programmatic)
  • Work across multiple agency departments including but not limited to buying, strategy, comms planning, radio, digital, programmatic, gaming and innovation teams, to deliver successful campaigns
  • Focus on consultative brand selling, educating and inspiring our clients to use Audiomob to enhance their business objectives and develop an understanding of the needs of new customers and their requirements to contribute to the longer-term business strategy
  • Nurture relationships within complex partners, at multiple levels
  • Meet key US sales and revenue goals, driving revenue for both your team and as an individual contributor 
  • Accurately forecast your teams pipeline, report daily and weekly and timely insights about your business and customers to senior leadership

Required Experience: 

  • 6+ years sales experience within a media/digital/audio sales role
  • 4+ years experience working directly with, or at, a leading media agency / holding company
  • Experience working with Tier 1 agencies, DSPs and ATDs, across the US 
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing sales strategies that ensure sales goals are met and exceeded
  • Experience managing 5+ team members and being in charge of their growth and development
  • Ability to generate leads and build opportunity pipelines
  • Experience developing a pipeline of key new business relationships to close net new business / new logos 
  • Strong negotiation skills, have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively and the resilience to chase down and close business
  • Previous involvement in contract negotiations, closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using Salesforce as your primary day to day sales CRM

  • Advanced knowledge of the digital audio and mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Experience in the gaming space and selling to mobile gaming clients.
