Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Trading Operations team in Tokyo. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth client and trading operations while supporting our mission of delivering world-class service and efficiency. This role includes weekend coverage.

Client Operations

  • Deliver seamless operational support to clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee the full pre- and post-trade settlement cycle for OTC trades.
  • Resolve and manage client queries promptly, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Identify and rectify system errors or breaks to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the global B2C2 team to maintain alignment.

Treasury Management

  • Manage inventory to support OTC and exchange trading activities.
  • Monitor and mitigate risk, including FX positions.
  • Actively manage the balance sheet to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform account reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
