WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Performance Marketing strategy development, implementation, campaign management and optimization of various performance channels with a strong performance focus to achieve targets
- Implement advanced retail-focused performance marketing strategies to push strategic growth
- Measure and analyse the performance and growth of channels and campaign elements driving performance.
- Manage large-scale budgets to achieve aggressive growth and revenue targets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them to performance marketing strategies
- Drive mobile app acquisition and retention
- Utilise different attribution models to properly evaluate PPC performance to have the best understanding of your channels/campaigns 'true’ performance.
- Keep up to date on changes in the digital industry and continuously set up tests to implement and determine the viability of these new changes on our internal paid advertising. We want to push performance boundaries.
- Drive reporting needs to deliver relevant, usable and actionable insights across channels for various stakeholders (with the ultimate goal of improving data availability within the group, improving performance and reducing reporting times needed to focus on strategic operations).
- Assist in the development of best performing/effective ad copy, content, images and videos to guide effective creative production within the group
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you is you have:
- Minimum 3 Years Google Ads + Facebook Ads experience with a strong focus on driving performance through conversion based campaigns.
- Strong eCommerce experience and understand retail fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills
- Great attention to detail
- Desire to learn

- Certificates: Google Ads Certified & Google Analytics Certified.
- Good judgement, proactivity, responsiveness and problem-solving skills

- Google Marketing Platform experience
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics (other relevant fields of study)
