As a Senior Web Engineer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our cutting-edge, high-performance website, built on the robust foundations of Next.js and React. You'll contribute to a platform that consistently delivers exceptional user experiences, ensuring our website remains a best-in-class digital showcase. Your expertise will directly impact the ongoing refinement and innovation of our core online presence, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in web development.
WHO YOU ARE:
Skills you already have:
- Be a mentor and coach to your peers - work to continually help others to up-skill and learn.
- Influence towards a culture of investing in continuous improvement, root causing resolution, and automation.
- A history of writing high quality, scalable, code - we primarily use Next.js and React for our Frontend and Node.js on our BFF.
- Experience in developing distributed, high transactional and available systems
- Great problem-solving skills.
- A passion for observability and monitoring of the services you build.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- BSc Computer Science or equivalent is encouraged (strong work experience can fill this gap).
