Beamup.ai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us!

What will you do:

  • Managing E2E recruitment process: from advertising open positions to searching and sourcing for candidates, conducting interviews and writing reviews, direct work with managers, supporting candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Active use of various methods of searching/sourcing for candidates.
  • Build and track a data-based process.
  • Continuously improve the pipeline, methods and efficiency based on data.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years sourcing and placing technical and commercial candidates in technology-driven startups – a must
  • Experience in data driven processes and decision making – a must
  • Experience working with LinkedIn (Recruiter Light/Recruiter) - a must
  • Experience recruiting to all levels of R&D roles
  • You're pro-active and skilled at headhunting candidates online with expert sourcing and use of the newest technology for recruiting.
  • High ability to independently manage work.
  • You are enthusiastic, have a “can do” attitude and enjoy what you’re doing!
  • You have great interviewing skills and you're able to spot a talent quickly.
  • You have exceptional English both verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have strict attention to detail and are obsessed with keeping the Applicants Tracking System always updated.
  • You know, from experience, which job promotion channels and sources work best for various technical, commercial and support roles in your markets.
