Description of the role 

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • DeliverIng against our headcount goals in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
  • Attracting exceptional tech and non tech talent to Beauty Pie by engaging candidates through various different channels - networking, active sourcing, social media & employee referrals and utilising tech talent tools including (but not limited to) AngelList, X-Ray, GitHub, & Boolean searches
  • Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders to help build out employer brand, and positioning us as an employer of choice in the market
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs, determining selection criteria for open roles, defining the end-to-end hiring process and building hiring capabilities in teams
  • Being proactive with data driven decisions, spotting trends and insights to inform judgement and being an advisor the business and stakeholders
  • Providing best in class experience to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders and working on wider Talent team projects including D&I

Requirements

  • Experience owning and driving the end-to-end recruitment process within a fast paced environment (startup experience is a huge advantage!)
  • Curious about trends and innovation in recruitment with a bias to action mindset to implement and test new approaches
  • Great negotiation skills and strategic approach to closing candidates
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build credibility with your stakeholders
  • A structured and process driven approach with experience utilising an ATS and keeping it accurately updated (we use Greenhouse!)
  • A thoughtful awareness of the touch points involved in crafting an incredible candidate experience at Beauty Pie
