Description of the role
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to developing, improving, leading and scaling the UK Customer Service team
- Coaching, supporting and mentoring your direct reports (including manager and junior manager levels)
- Overseeing and creating the team OKRS, roadmaps, company SLA's and KPIs and driving new processes
- Reviewing, analysing and reporting on data to better assess and optimise the customer service experience
- Improving automation and self service scalability for customers to support our member growth forecasts

- Experience in owning and driving end-to-end processes including platform migrations, AI automation and channel implementations within a fast paced environment (startup experience is a huge advantage!)
- Data driven and confident in using reporting to validate, present and influence new ideas/processes
- Great people management skills and proven ability to build credibility with teams and other stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, problem solver and has keen interest in key trends and innovation within the CX space
- Collaborative and open minded
