As a Senior Designer you will be responsible for an iterative creative approach to paid social - with experience in the end-to-end process of digital advertising, from ad concept to creation, design, delivery and iteration, and regular asset success analysis (post metrics, campaign metrics) to inform continuous evolution of content. 

Description of the role 

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Consistently improving the performance of content and design for Beauty Pie’s performance marketing in social and digital display advertising and identify enhancement opportunities for test ideas, at any stage of creative - concept and creation, through to iterations and improvements 
  • Working with other designers, creatives and Senior Art Director to achieve assets to support and improve designs and messaging, from new assets to working on iterative versions to support testing, looking to find new ways to utilise top performing assets
  • Staying ahead of the curve with design on digital platforms and best practices, with the latest content and design trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Presenting designs to our founder, VP Creative and other stakeholders 
  • Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Consistently meet creative schedules and online marketing requirements

Requirements

  • Extensive design experience working in a design agency or in-house experience (Beauty experience is a plus)
  • Experience of creating and designing beautiful and effective work for digital advertising outputs – with strong knowledge in how to concept and test creative in a performance marketing environment and the associated channels 
  • An impressive portfolio packed with super strong layout, typography, imagery, motion & animation 
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite for design and animation, and Figma
  • Working to tight deadlines with accuracy and speed, whilst being forward thinking and innovative
