Beauty Pie is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join and lead our company-wide efforts in experimentation. We’re a fast growing ecommerce and membership company with numerous opportunities to test and develop our offering on a highly engaged customer base.

  • Hands-On experience devising and leading a comprehensive experimentation strategy in a consumer-facing organisation with in-depth knowledge of experimentation best practice, particularly in product and marketing settings.
  • Strong statistical modelling skills, acting as a go-to person for experimentation analysis and development. 
  • Familiarity with best in class experimentation tooling and processes, having implemented them successfully across a wide-range of stakeholders. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate a vision for experimentation.

Additional

  • Outstanding academic background in statistics or relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience in commercial settings as a data scientist or analyst, developing rigorous solutions to impactful problems.
  • Strong python and SQL skills with an understanding of data pipelines, analytics engineering and modelling.
  • Acute bias for action, comfortable leading in ambiguous environments.
