  • We are a team who care about each other and our mission. Our office is based in Paris, but we are an international, fully remote team. You can come to the office as much or as little as you like and we love to have dinner every Wednesday for those in the office!

⚙️ Hiring process:

The process takes 2 - 3 weeks max -then you either join us, or we get back to you with feedback :)

Technical hirings:

  • 30 min - "Non-technical" call with our team - lets get to know each other and get your questions answered
  • Technical Test - a take home test you can work on in your own time (usually between 1 - 3hours of your time)
  • Technical Test review - chat through your test with the team you would be working with
  • 30 minute - “non-technical” interview with Alexis (Founder & CEO) and Romain (our COO)

Non-technical hirings:

  • 30 min - "Non-technical" call with our team - lets get to know each other
  • 30 minute - “non-technical” interview with Alexis (Founder & CEO) and Romain (our COO)
  • Chat with our People Team - lets get all your questions answered

Senior Hiring: you need to get to know us and we need to get to know you, so this can take a little longer

  • 45 minute - call with our team - lets get to know each other and get your questions answered
  • 45 minute - interview with Alexis- CEO and Romain - COO 
  • Case Study- helps to create a brainstorming session and get ideas flowing
  • Lets Meet - its a tough decision to make a career move, so lets spend some time together in person 
  • Meet others in the team - wether its a team you might manage, an investor or others you will work with
