What will you do?

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support professional who is passionate about improving customers' experience and who will help BeReal to scale to 100M+ satisfied users.

As a Customer Support Specialist you will:

  • Collaborate daily with stakeholders throughout the company to monitor and respond to feedback received on emails, AppStore reviews and other social channels. 
  • Critically analyze and respond to user feedback, ensuring a quality user experience .
  • Synthesize the feedback received from users, working closely with QA engineers to simplify the implementation of fixes by the developers. 
  • Be responsible for keeping a comprehensive log of all major new and existing product bugs discovered through customer feedback.
  • Have knowledge of Zendesk is a plus but not required
  • Working across both French and English 
  • This role will be based from our office in Paris, so you need to be based in Paris with to available to come into the office everyday

What you'll bring:

  • Based in Paris with 3+ years of experience with similar responsibilities in a fast-growing B2C startup.
  • Strong desire to grow and learn.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and articulate complex solutions for the benefit of our users.
  • You are someone with strong English and French communication and documentation skills, our team is international (Spanish is a plus too)
  • But most of all, you believe in our mission and are motivated to join the journey for the long run.
