About The Role

Our Blinkist for Business team is responsible for finding, growing, and engaging organizations that are in need of modern, whole-person focused learning. We are looking for a highly creative and process driven leader who will serve as Player/Coach - building and developing our inside sales team in support of our enterprise go to market strategy. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, and is able to work strategically with peers in operations and marketing to drive first meetings and opportunity origination for our enterprise sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Build and develop the inside sales team at Blinkist: hiring, training, coaching, and motivating for peak performance.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with your team to test and iterate creative prospecting strategies, including (but not limited to) email, phone, video and social selling 
  • Design a prospecting and qualification approach that ensures the Blinkist Business mission, value proposition, and product is conveyed to our ICP and target personas in the right way at the right time in their journeys 
  • Partner with the Go-To-Market Operations team to identify and make recommendations for improvements and automations to our prospecting and qualification funnels
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing on key initiatives
  • Foster an environment of high performance & accountability, and motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Regularly report on both Team and Individual Results
  • Maximize your own personal development through 1 to 1 coaching sessions with your manager and your wider team 

What You Need To Have

To be successful in this role, we believe you need to have initial experience training SDR/BDR teams, an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong passion to drive our B2B business forward. In particular we’re looking for the ability to develop compelling customer stories, attention to detail, outstanding communication, organizational and time-management skills and an analytical mindset. Beyond that, we want to hear from you: Why is this role a great fit for you?

We believe to be successful in this role you will need to have: 

  • 4+ years of relevant SDR and Lead experience
  • Ability to think creatively, we want to hear your outside of the box ideas!
  • Customer obsession - you take a customer-centric approach in everything you do to make go-to-market processes world-class
  • A strong understanding of measurement capabilities and analytical skills. Proficiency with Excel is a must.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills that can work across teams in different locations and functions
  • Hands-on experience with common prospecting tools (ZoomInfo Engage, Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc) is desirable
  • Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities simultaneously
  • Strong social media presence and experience building relationships via social
