About the Role
The Systems Engineer for Battery Design will play an integral role in bringing our batteries through design and into full production and delivery. They will support a talented and growing team of battery designers through the project gateways of multiple high-value battery design projects including analysis and verification of initial specifications.

Taking projects from initial concepts to production: we are designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the next generation of high-performance batteries to innovative projects for multiple industries. What You Will Do
- Develop high-voltage battery system requirements
- Develop verification and validation planning to confirm requirements are met
- Support in the development of subsystem and component-level requirements
- Define base requirements for mechanical design
- Define boundary conditions and input parameters for CAE activities
- Develop and utilize cell-based computational models to support High Voltage Battery System architecture
Skills you will need
- 3-5 Years Experience as Systems Engineering or technical project lead of High Voltage Battery Systems
- Experience in Battery System Development
- Experience with requirements definition and management
- Fluent in English
Skills that would be great to have
- Experience with Requirements Management Tools (Polarion, Integrity, DOORS, Aurous, Etc)
- Knowledge of development-related analysis methods (FMEA, FTA, V-model, etc.)
- Knowledge of Simulink, Matlab, Visual, C++ or Phyton
