The After Sales Support Technician will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of battery assemblies at customer sites, ensuring proper installation, integration, and functionality. The ideal candidate will have electrical knowledge and hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate with customers to schedule commissioning activities and plan site visits for battery assembly installations.
- Conduct on-site commissioning of battery systems, including installation, integration, and initial startup, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve the product and the process with the customer feedback.
- Perform functional testing and verification of battery systems to ensure proper operation and adherence to performance requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during the commissioning process, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document commissioning activities, including installation procedures, test results, and customer feedback, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for commissioning and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team at the day a day job, specially at the testing department.
- Collaboration with the external suppliers. Be part of the bold team in the external suppliers.
What You Need to Succeed
- Professional training for medium level in electronics or electricity
- Proficient English
- Comfortable using CAN tools and handling .dbc files
- Mechanical skills (for minor reparation)
- Electrical knowledge
- Able to travel +50% time
Desirable Skills and Experience
- MATLAB/Simulink Model Base
- Experience in Battery Management System / State Machine desing
