We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in our Headquarters in Spain. Reporting to the HR Director, primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening, and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates for both the UK and Spain offices. 

We are looking for knowledge and attitude rather than years of experience! English is our official language, so it is essential to be fluent in it as well as have experience working in international markets.

What You Will Do

  • Be fully in charge of the whole recruitment cycle as well as the candidates’ experience.
  • Assess our current processes and tools to point out improvement opportunities for the future.
  • Build excellent relationships with your internal stakeholders and showcase the best recruitment practices.
  • Manage ATS and operational aspects of job (JD creation, job posting, scheduling etc).
  • Help with praising and promoting our company in relevant communities.
  • Generate reporting capabilities and monitor KPIs and every stage of our funnel.
  • Build relationships with universities to attract the best entry level talent in Europe. (Develop and drive the graduate recruiting strategy.)
  • Work on BOLD employer branding.
  • Make sure that candidates understand our values and what we do and work with the best candidate experience standards in mind.

Skills you will need

  • Excellent customer service skills with both a professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and successfully with members of a team.
  • Be able to build professional and lasting relationships with management and candidates.
  • Possess a methodical and structured way of working, able to prioritize a variety of tasks, complete them diligently and handle several complex tasks at the same time.
  • Be proficient in working with data, as well as deriving conclusions and actions based on your analysis.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills that would be great to have

  • More than 3 years experience as an international tech recruiter within a company or a Recruitment Agency including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.  (e.g. in Active Sourcing and Interviewing)
  • Motorsport industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting different types of profiles, engineering, or automotive environments.
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • Expert user of LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.
  • Sense of urgency: Be a proactive problem solver who gets things done and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
