What is this role about?

As a Product Manager within our Spend Group, specializing in the Servicing Sustainment Stream, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our products continue to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your role involves a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize enhancements and address customer needs. What would ensure success in this role?

  • Previous experience as a product manager, preferably with tech products within customer service, debt collection, and debt recovery.
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive product discovery activities, adept at understanding customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and features within product backlogs, leveraging customer feedback, business objectives, and technical insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability in swiftly addressing and resolving operational issues or disruptions, ensuring the smooth functioning of products and services.
