What is this role about?

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead a team of specialists, guiding them to drive significant impact and maximize returns on investment. Your strategic vision and leadership skills will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of performance marketing, including increasing new and returning user sales through channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital marketing platforms. You'll optimize marketing investments and channel ROI, ensuring a healthy level of customer acquisition cost while expanding visibility and reach among existing clients across performance platforms. Leading by example, you'll foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, collaborating closely with analytics and development teams to implement effective solutions and achieve exceptional results. 

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Senior-level experience with Google Ads. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, and all other platforms is considered a bonus.
  • Hands-on experience working with top-performance marketing platforms that have high spend levels (€100k+ monthly spends)
  • Has hands-on experience in managing campaigns by themselves.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and set clear goals for the team while fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Love of numbers and analytical mindset, to determine the most valuable campaigns for scaling.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
