What is this role about?

We’re seeking a dynamic Regulatory Lawyer to join our team, who will be dedicated to resolving and managing legal complaints and tackling customer service challenges head-on. In this role, you’ll be the point person for handling complaints from consumers and responding to regulatory queries, ensuring our company’s interests are represented with excellence, particularly with entities like the Consumer Protection and Techincal Regulatory Authority (TTJA) and the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA). Your responsibilities will also include managing customer complaints in Finnish, Dutch, and Danish markets, collaborating with external law offices, and providing invaluable support to our customer experience and recovery team. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in providing marketing support in our core markets, contributing to our continued growth and success.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Higher education in law from an Estonian university
  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in the financial field or law firm
  • Experience with collaborating with customer experience, collection, and product teams
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate projects with end-to-end responsibility
  • Native Estonian speaker, very good level of English proficiency
  • Passion for customer experience and ability to cultivate the same mindset within the team
