What is this role about?

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of Bondora, handling incoming requests and inquiries from Finnish-speaking customers. Your mission is to provide exceptional support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to building a strong brand presence by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in improving our service quality and maintaining our reputation as a leading financial platform.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Fluency in Finnish and English: You must have excellent written and verbal skills in both languages to effectively handle customer queries.
  • Experience in Customer Support: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Experience in finance or fintech is a strong plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive mindset to troubleshoot issues and suggest solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability: Open to learning, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
