What is this role about?

As an Employee Experience Manager at Bondora, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Your mission is to create an engaging and positive workplace environment by designing and executing initiatives that drive employee engagement, culture alignment, and well-being. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, meaningful performance reviews, and continuous feedback systems, ultimately improving employee retention and overall experience.

This role is located in our Tallinn office (with the potential to relocate from abroad if necessary/possible).

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Proven experience in HR or People teams, with a focus on Employee Experience, Engagement, or Culture.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding, performance management, and employee feedback systems.
  • Ability to manage employee engagement initiatives, rewards programs, and wellness activities.
  • Proficient in HR management systems and survey tools for analyzing employee feedback.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
