Your Mission 💪

As a Software Asset Management (SAM) Administrator at boxxe, dedicated to supporting our client AWE, you will be a crucial backbone to our SAM team. Your role is to expertly manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations by monitoring emails, updating license documentation, and assisting with renewals. Your organization and attention to detail will uphold our commitment to ensuring we deliver exceptional service every day.

At boxxe, you will enhance our mission to humanise technology by supporting our client. Your role in streamlining the administrative processes within the SAM team is vital. You'll ensure that software asset management processes runs flawlessly, fostering strong relationships and maintaining the high standards necessary for our secured, regulated environments. Your skills will directly contribute to our sustained success and growth in the tech sector.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

  • Monitoring group email inbox for license, Maintenance and Support evidence. To include seeking this from the Vendor or Reseller where necessary.
  • Receive and record License evidence / documentation within the specific repositories and maintaining this data where required.
  • Assisting with the license / maintenance and support (M&S) renewals process to include raising requisition requests for software license / M&S purchases / renewals.
  • Creating and maintaining work instructions (WI) relating to administrative tasks that apply and assisting Team members with transitioning existing Wis to new templates.
  • Providing administrative support to Team members on various Analyst activities undertaken by the Team – this may include information gathering tasks, liaising with the client to seek required information.
  • Assisting with tasks from the call management system – reporting on Aged Calls and working with the Team in order to achieve a closed / complete status.
  • Any other administration tasks required by the Team members or Team Lead.

What experience we think you’ll need 🚀

  • Minimum two years’ experience within an Admin role. (Software Asset Management / Software License Administration beneficial but not essential as training will be provided)
  • A demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of engagement
  • Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Methodical and highly organised with an attention to detail
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience of working within a highly regulated and secure environment beneficial but not essential
