How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨
Microsoft Operations is key to the success of our Microsoft business unit, you will be working with your team to ensure the purchase and renewal of Microsoft products and services along with the creation of new agreements. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for our day to day operational activities. Working closely with both our experienced licensing and solutions specialists you will orchestrate our operational engagement with our customers. Your skills and knowledge will help boxxe effectively facilitate multi million pound licensing agreements.
What you’ll be doing 🎯
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth daily processes.
- Process orders accurately following Microsoft compliance and policies.
- Assist Operations team with queries and first line escalations using licensing knowledge.
- Manage and submit compliant contracts to Microsoft.
- Ensure internal agreements are accurate and up to date.
- Train Operations specialists and sales teams on processes.
- Act as the main contact for Operations, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Monitor team progress and workflows daily.
- Coordinate with finance for timely invoice reconciliation.
- Support reporting and presentation preparation for the line manager.
- Use Microsoft procurement systems to handle customer and vendor queries.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft operational requirements across the business.
- Maintain and update operational guides for Microsoft program changes.
What experience we think you’ll need 🚀
- Previous or current experience within a Microsoft Operations team
- The ability to learn and develop new skills, keeping up to date with changes that may affect agreements and processes.
- Enjoys solving problems and takes a logical approach to work.
- You’ll be great at managing time, have a high-level of attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Confident working to deadlines in a busy department.
- A team player, with drive for themselves and their team to succeed.
